IQ Pro -104dBm / 3 bars

Just replaced my prior panel with an IQ Pro. Wired in where the old panel was (in the basement), it bounces around between -92dBm (4/5 bars) and -104dBm (3/5 bars). Will the latter (-104dBm / 3 of 5 bars) still provide fast, stable communication for the panel when my home Internet is down?

If need be I can move the panel into my stairwell where the old communicator was. However, I’d prefer not to do this as it complicates other wiring a bit (it’s also more likely to get bumped in the stairwell). I already have enough cable pulled to support power and the siren, but I would need to pull a bit more for the PGM outputs (which I do use), and if in the future I wanted Corbus connectivity or hardwired zones I would need to pull more. It’s not the end of the world since it just adds one drop that’s pretty accessible, but if it’s not necessary then I’d rather avoid it.

For reliable communication you would want at least 2 bars generally. Hovering between 3 and 4 you should be fine and I wouldn’t expect signaling related issues unless that dipped significantly.
