IQ Panel will not find CT100 Thermostat

Hi All,

A friend gave me his CT100 Thermostat after upgrading to a NEST. I have cleared the CT100 using the IQ Panel successfully and then did a complete reset of the CT100. The IQ Panel will not ADD the CT100 while PAIRING. The IQ Panel just Times Out.

Any ideas what I can try?

How far away are the two? You’ll want to make sure the IQ panel is within 10 feet or so for the removal and pairing.

Hi Jason,I have tried it at about 2-3 feet away. It will not link up. When I clear it from the Z-Wave network the IQ panel finds it immediately…

The IQ Panel just times out and says the network might be busy , try again.

Hmm, have you double checked to make sure your IQ panel settings aren’t limiting thermostats?

Go to Settings - Installer Code - Installation - Home Control Settings.

What is the max number of thermostats it is set for? How many do you currently have?
