I don’t see a Surety account linked to this user, if you use Surety as your service provider under a different name please send a private message to confirm your account so that we can look into your account details and help verify and troubleshoot how your thermostat is set up.
In general it sounds like you have an ADC-T2000 thermostat.
First, check in Alarm.com if you have any remote temperature sensors being averaged into that thermostat’s temperature. See our guide below on where this option is found. Try removing any RTS averaging and just use the thermostat reading itself.

If not, power cycle that thermostat by pulling it from the wall, unplug the battery for about 60 seconds, then power it back up.
