IQ panel Temp First Floor Frozen

On my IQ Panel current Temperature indicator for the First floor unit is frozen on 61 deg and doesn’t show correct, current Temperature. However it does show correct current Temperature on the thermostat on the First Floor. How to fix this issue?

So that we can best assist, can you confirm the following info?

What is the model number of your panel?
What is the firmware version your panel is currently using?
What model of thermostat are you using?
Do you have any remote temperature sensors?

I don’t see a Surety account linked to this user, if you use Surety as your service provider under a different name please send a private message to confirm your account so that we can look into your account details and help verify and troubleshoot how your thermostat is set up.

In general it sounds like you have an ADC-T2000 thermostat.

First, check in Alarm.com if you have any remote temperature sensors being averaged into that thermostat’s temperature. See our guide below on where this option is found. Try removing any RTS averaging and just use the thermostat reading itself.

Any change?

If not, power cycle that thermostat by pulling it from the wall, unplug the battery for about 60 seconds, then power it back up.
