I am renting a home from a local realty group, the home came with the IQ panel. I was curious one day and armed the system, now I don’t know the user code to unarm it and apparently they don’t either. I cannot get back into the system. Any suggestions? Or do I have a brick?
The default codes for Qolsys panels are:
- Dealer 2222
- Installer 1111
- Master User 1234
The Master User code can be used to disarm the panel.
Without that code, or another User code that has disarm permission, you cannot disarm the system. Power Cycles/Reboots will boot the panel back into an alarm state.
- Other User Codes may have been generated by the previous home owner.
If the panel was attached to another service provider, they may be able to assist. If the panel was previously associated with an account through Surety, we do not keep codes on file.
