I have an IQ Panel 4 to go along with Surety Protect, but the weather is inaccurate. For example, the high today is 45 degrees, but the panel says high of 79 and a low of 66. The panel is connected to wifi, and everything else works. Any way to get that updated?
Surety Protect doesn’t include the “weather to panel” feature. That’s only in Surety Home and Surety Complete. Qolsys apparently leaves a placeholder there if your plan doesn’t have the feature.
Are you on the latest IQ Panel software? I don’t know if they’ve maybe improved that in a software update.
