I don’t think it matters. The only thing the panel uses it for is to show you who to call for help.
You can enter any number you wish, that data is automatically synced when you activate service and connect the panel to your Alarm.com account through Surety, or when you swap which IMEI is connected to your account, if swapping panels on an existing account.
If you need to activate or swap your panel, both are done through our system manager here.
