IQ Panel 4 code expiration

I bought a new home with this system, I didn’t want to have AT&T more monitoring. It was working fine door locks etc. Alarm went off I put in my code it stated it was expired? Now I can’t get into settings or disarm alarm. I called AT&T no help. I disconnected now battery is probably dead. How do I get into system.

Could you share a picture of the panel showing code expired? This may be an option that your dealer may need to change on the Alarm.com dealer side.

If you put your system on test mode, you can try disarming it with the default duress code 9998
