Where do I find my alarm.com communication module number on a brand new IQPanel4? I have entered every thing possible, serial number, IMEI, model, part, nothing works, I get the following error
The correct number is the IMEI. That error looks like the connection to Alarm.com may be the issue. Likely a temporary error. Can you try again and let me know if you see the same issue now?
Make sure to enter just the 15 digits of the IMEI, no dashes.
