The unlock images haven’t been working for a while. Is there a way to restore that feature?
Are you referring to the Automatic Disarm Images that can be taken by the IQ Panel 2 camera?
It looks like those did stop uploading recently based on your history.
On the panel go to Settings > Advanced > Installation > Camera Settings. Make sure that Disarm images is checked.
Then go to Settings > Advanced > Panel Reboot to power cycle the panel.
Wait until it fully boots back up, then try turning the rule off in Alarm.com by clicking on the Images Card, then going to Rules. Wait a couple minutes and turn it back on. Wait a couple minutes, then test. Any change?
