IQ Panel 2 + No Cell Signal

Hello,

I just got my system and the panel is stating that there is no cell signal. According to Surety, I have Full Coverage for all three carriers ( I have Verizon). Any help is greatly appreciated as I am unable to get my system connected. Thank you!

Are you trying to send the cellular test signal from the getting started wizard or by manually going into settings? It shouldn’t matter but I’m curious.

On occasion I have had to connect a new panel to WIFI and allow a software upgrade before I could get the cell test to run. If you connect the panel to WIFI and it shows an upgrade is available it might be worth a shot installing it and then trying the cell test again.

Our tech support team is open M-F and Qolsys’ is too so if we can’t get it figured out today there will be more support firepower available tomorrow.

I did a complete system shutdown. Once it rebooted, it asked for an update and that worked. Thank you!
