IQ Panel 2 dead -- want to replace with IQ4 Hub

My IQ Panel 2 is dead and I’d like to replace it with the IQ4 Hub. I’m already signed up with the legacy Surety Automate plan. How do I go about ordering the new panel (without new service) and associate it to my existing account?

Hello,

You can purchase the IQ4 Hub directly. Once you’ve made the purchase, just let us know that it’s for an upgrade in the order comments and we will cancel the new bundled subscription that comes with it. We can then apply the free month from the bundle to your existing Surety Automate plan.
