I bought about 15 IQ Mini Door/Window Sensor. Now, I see that there is an “IQ Mini Door/Window extended Sensor” in the store. I would like to know if the extended is more secure or just have a more powerful wireless signal.
The only difference I can see that one of then can be wired. I don’t want to use cables on my sensors. Is any benefit to buy the extended version in my case? I live in a single family home and my sensors connect well with the hub.

That is the difference. “Extended” is a questionable name choice, but is just referencing the additional wired input capability.
If you have an IQ Panel 2+ or IQ Panel 4 and need better range out of specific zones, use PowerG for those instead, as they have about 4 times the natural open air range.
