IQ Lock PG won't pair users pins

@jwcsurety If you look you will see that I added a second lock this weekend and you will see that I have tried in vane to get my user unlock codes to push to the device with no luck.
I’ll await your advice. TIA

It looks like commands are being acknowledged by the system. Are any of your codes working on the lock or every one fails to transfer?

I don’t see any error messages related to that lock or the codes being sent at the moment, but it looks like you may have recently tried resyncing.

Have you tried deleting and factory resetting that lock? If your current codes do not reach it that would be my next step.

Delete the lock at the panel, then remove the battery cover and press and hold the reset button with a sharp pointed tool for 5 seconds until you hear a long
beeping sound. When successful the latch bolt will extend.

I have tried all that multiple times. pushing the pins eventually just times out and fails.

Have you also rebooted the alarm panel?

After I updated it on the weekend to 4.5.1. I’ll send a remote command now. I have deleted and re-installed every conceivable way you could, no dice. deleted users from the lock and added back, added new users…etc.

Can you control the lock remotely at all? Do lock and unlock commands work?

Yes the lock works via the Panel, the app, and lock rules, just won’t take the pins…

Can you try your primary code at that lock now and let me know if your primary user code works now?

@jwcsurety I’m assuming you mean the master user code. No that did not work. But curiously enough when I try to enter my code and several other users codes this time I received a push notification that the lock could not lock or unlock due to a mechanical issue.

Another thing I noted is with either of my locks if I entered the PIN number when I enrolled the lock to the panel the lock would never sync to the panel so both are enrolled without the pins that the locks came with. Is that a known bug with these?

I’ve noticed that too when pairing. Adding the pin code results in a not-networked condition for me that won’t go away.

The pin code is optional however during pairing.

How are you learning in the lock? Are you manually adding the id? I haven’t been able to recreate yet and looking at the events in your history it appears the panel is acknowledging every user code command and they look like they are going through.

Can you send a private message with a photo of that lock’s label showing the id?
