IQ Hardwire 16-F Enclosure for 345MHz version of IQ Panel 4?

I know that Qolsys makes a large enclosure (IQ Hardwire 16-F QS7134-840) for the 319MHz version of their panels but trying to find out if they make one, or have plans to make one, for the 345MHz version.

I currently have an old DSC Power 832 enclosure from my home’s original hardwired alarm system that was put in by the builder back in '99. I upgraded to a 2GIG GC2 back when they first came out and just used the old DSC enclosure for the Power Supply/Charger and the 5 TAKE-345 take-over modules. My builder pre-wired every door/window with its own sensor so I currently have 35 hardwired sensors and half a dozen wireless sensors.

I’m currently investigating upgrading to a new IQ Panel 4 and was trying to find a more modern enclosure that could hold all the takeover modules in a cleaner looking install.

No mention of one at this time. Just the 319.5MHz versions in small and large.

Do you have any 345MHz wireless sensors in use or just the wired sensors?

You could use the Hardwire 16F with the IQ Panel 4 IQP4001 which has 319.5Mhz and PowerG radios.

I have 4 glassbreak sensors and 1 window sensor (wired sensor stopped working a few years back). Think those 5 are all legacy 2GIG 345MHz wireless sensors. Guess I could replace those with PowerG versions and use the IQP4001 instead of the IQP4003. But wouldn’t I then also need to replace those 5 TAKE-345 modules?

If you want to use the Hardwire 16F (which is 319.5 only) you need a panel with a 319.5MHz radio, like the IQ Panel 4 IQP4001.

If you want to continue to use the TAKE-345s you have installed, and you want a new panel, the the IQ Panel 4 IQP4003 could be used , since it has a 345MHz radio.

Thanks for the response @tyler. Looks like I will stay with my current path of upgrading to the IQP4003 and just using the existing DSC 832 enclosure.

While I am not a current customer of Surety I must say that I have learned a ton about the ADC and Qolsys ecosystems from this forum. My current security provider is definitely lacking on this type of customer engagement platform and is one of the main reasons I am considering moving to another alarm provider.

Happy to be of assistance!
