Hi,
I just added an IQ flood detector to the panel and it created two false alarms 60 minutes apart of each other. Any ideas what is going on?
In the meantime, I have moved it to sensor group 25 to avoid alarms.
This is a brand new IQ flood detector (IQ Flood Detector - Surety).
It is installed in the basement floor close to a water heater.

Can you post a photo of the install spot for the probe?
I just re-added the sensor. I noticed the signal source was incorrect. It was showing as “G” where I think it should be “GS”. Now it shows as “GS”. I’m waiting to see if I still get the alerts.
