iQ 4 does not let you take the panel around to learn in Z Wave and must be plugged in.
To clarify, you can add/clear Z-Wave devices when running on battery only. You will need to disable the setting Power Management first.
To do so navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Installer/Dealer Code > Installation > Installer/Dealer Settings > Power Management.

We do not have them stocked currently. The IQ Panel 4 uses the 7V QR0051-840 power supply.
