So our IQ panel - we are connect to wifi. When I’m in the house and my phone is connected to the network. But on my phone and alarm.com its says the panel is not connected and when I try to connect it via alarm.com - I see my network but it does nothing with I enter the credentials. I just get a notification saying the credentials have been sent to the panel but it never actually connects it. Any ideas?
I looked into your account and I’ve sent a couple commands to the panel to be sure it is set to use dual path communication. It looks like it is currently connected successfully to wifi and broadband network pings are successful when I send them.
Can you confirm if this is now resolved on your end?
