IQ 4 black screen and unresponsive

I came home from work today, and found my panel had a black screen and no lights, I took it off the wall and un plugged it for a few minutes, after plugging it in the light simply flashed red and it had no other signs of life. What should I do now?

Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet. Then open the panel and disconnect the internal battery. Leave everything off for 10 minutes, then power up in reverse order and turn on the panel by holding the button down for 3-5 seconds. Does the panel boot up?

If not, check power supply to ensure it is plugged into a non-switched outlet and is receiving power. Check to make sure the wire is connected correctly at both ends as well.
