Any others having issues with the iPhone app? When I open it it just keeps trying to load stuff then errors out. Powered off phone and checked and no updates for the app in App Store
I have a good signal as I posted this from my phone.
I just got the arm reminder when I’ve been gone since before starting this thread. I then tried to open the app and it loaded but was slower than normal. Is there something going on with alarm.com or could it be the cell module in the panel? I hope. It the cell module as I just replaced it.
Another update. Now the app will not load anything like before.
Sorry for all the posts. Just trying to be as detailed as possible cause I know that helps look into issues.
The app is now working again.
Looks like an issue was just resolved regarding website and app access.
Had nothing to do with signalling. Widespread issue which was resolved.
No worries on the number of posts. The more info we get the easier it is to pinpoint problems, that is very true. Thank you for updating us. This one wasn’t influenced by the local system, so you shouldn’t have any further trouble.
