iOS critical alerts not working

iPhone 12 mini, up to date.
Not receiving Critical Alerts (ALARMS), they appear but are silent if either Do Not Disturb, or Silent Mode (side switch) are on. So there is no sound notification.
If alarm is triggered during the night, I will not be alerted.

All alert settings appear to be correct. (pics)

Any ideas how to fix this?
Does it work with Android phones better?

Should be good, the Critical Alert override feature is available on ios 12+ and on the app version 4.10.11+. Based on the images it is set up correctly.

Try disabling the feature, waiting a few mintues, then re-enabling it and testing. Make sure the volume on the handset is on and up.

When troubleshooting, you may want to place your 24/7 professional monitoring account on Test Mode during troubleshooting to avoid any false dispatches.

You can do this by calling monitoring operators directly at 855-348-0367 or from the Professional Monitoring tab in the System Manager section of your Surety account.
