I just installed a dual path alarm.com radio to replace my obsolete 3G version. Everything is fine and working other than one keypad. It now shows U0000 and that never changes. It will accept key strokes, but nothing changes on the display. Everything else on the system seems to be fine. Keypad is the basic 2 line version.
The Alarm.com module wires into the bus inputs like the keypads, and I would anticipate that you have an issue with one of the data wires for the keypad. Moving or jostling the wires while adding a new device can loosen them, even break them in some cases.
Make sure they are all intact and all screwed down securely.
