Interested in getting Surety Alarm

I currently have a prior system and this is the notification I received:

Does that mean I need to buy a new alarm panel? I can have my account deleted by my current service provider. I am also interested in getting a camera hookup. and a new alarm doorbell.

It means whichever company monitored it before still has an active Alarm.com account connected to your panel. You would need to get them to terminate the old Alarm.com before you can use it with us.

What kind of control panel is it?
