In my alarm subscriptions, view, there is NOTHING about insurance certificate. I looked everywhere.

Insurance Certificates are a proof of monitoring document available on all accounts with 24/7 monitoring. The account which you are referencing does not have 24/7 monitoring. Insurance Certificates cannot be provided for self-monitored accounts.
suretyDIY subscriptions can include or exclude monitoring, which can be chosen at the time of purchase. You can see our service plans here.
