I have the Surety Home + Monitoring plan. If I add the FireFighter Smoke Alarm Audio Detector to my devices in my IQ Panel 4, will that automatically update my insurance certificate to show Fire protection as well as burglary and panic alarms?
It does count towards fire monitoring and should show up as such on the insurance certificate once programmed into the panel and is synced with Alarm.com.
A copy of your alarm insurance monitoring certificate can be downloaded at any time directly from the Surety website.
To start, login to your Surety profile and click on the Subscriptions link in your dashboard. The button, Insurance Certificate , can be found on this page and will prompt a download of a .PDF of your certificate.
