Installation question

I recently subscribed to Surety. I am using a Qolsys IQ4 panel, which has been successfully registered with Surety. It was a former SafeHaven/ADT panel.

I purchased all of my sensors from surety, and went to install today. However, when I go to the advanced settings menu, and use my code, “installation” is not an option. I have tried entering 1111, 1234, 2222 etc, for the installer code, but none work. Can you advise?

If you do not know the current Installer Code (default 1111) but you have run a cell test and connected your panel to service, you can login to your Surety account, click on System Manager, then send remote commands to change the Installer Code.
