Good morning , are the inovonics sensors compatible / will they work with the Iq panel 4 as power g ? The use 902-928 mhz ?

No, that line of sensors is not compatible. The panel has no receiver to listen for those.
Those appear to use receivers intended for commercial wired or hybrid panels like the Honeywell Vista 128 and Vista 250, or connect via serial to panels that might support it.
