I’m having trouble with my initial cell phone test to complete account set up on my Go!Control panel. After running a cell phone test:
On radio status, signal is 22/31
Serial number is not showing the correct number - the number shown is not a valid module communication number
Subscriber Id is blank
Registration status: Registered
connection status idle otasp ok
Power status - on
Sim - not locked
Service status pending
Radio freq: auto
Error: not registered. ???
What is the firmware version on your panel?
Is this a new Alarm.com module? Is it one that was used before or purchased used?
Did you install the module with the panel powered on?
Try power cycling the panel once, unplugging transformer, then battery, then plugging in battery, and then transformer. When the panel boots up, give it a couple minutes. Run a cell test again. Any change?
Both are cell module and panel are new, bought online panel is branded to "slomin’s " module installed with no power or battery
Version is 1.11 build 11033 radio modem 0100 customer Id 05
Could this have to do with panel saying the Serial number is the Meid# which is different than the adc number that we activated with? It was a problem when getting set up earlier today.
Cell test results
Hardware vs : enabler HS 3001
Software vs : blank
Cell modem: enforA HS 3001

No, that is a symptom.
When a module fails because OTASP cannot complete and it has been deactivated, you can sometimes get it to re-register with the steps outlined:
“1. Initiate 3 walk tests and abort each immediately.
2. Within 50 seconds of the first walk test initiation, send a cell phone test.
3. Wait 10+ minutes then send another cellular test.”
Make sure to follow the time specifications. It hadn’t been ten minutes since the first directions
We have seen these steps work. Unfortunately there is no guarantee. It’s pretty rare to encounter, but it indicates a module that has been shelved for too long.
If it cannot connect and the steps above do not resolve the issue; if it was sold as new, the seller should replace it. Contact them ASAP.
