I went to add some features to my system manager portal, and it told me it was removing the “In App Panel Panic Alarm” feature. I previously saw this was enabled on my account and liked the option for panic in the app. I guess it was removed at some point because now it’s no longer an option? any way to keep the in app panic mode?

In app panel panic is an available option if you have monitoring. It will be an option listed in your system manager features list. If it was accidentally submitted with it unchecked, you can go back in and check it, then submit to add it back.

Hmm, for some reason that is not seeing you have professional monitoring enabled. Looking at your subscription and all account settings you definitely do.
I just tried resaving a couple data fields for your subscription, can you check again in a couple minutes and let me know whether you see the option then?
