I just subscribed to Suretyhome, I can’t complete the setup because my IMEI was registered previously with ADT, although I have called ADT and had them release the IMEI I’m still getting the error during setup. What can I do to get my panel registered?
Only the dealer who holds the active Alarm.com account can unregister the module. Sometimes this can take a while. You will need to reach out to that dealer for more information.
