Hello, I have heard that a particular central station can now view alarm images from Is and video clips via alarm.com for video verification, operators though will only have a 15 minute window to view due to privacy concerns, is this possibly true?, and if so does surety central support this feature?

We do not currently support a similar feature, no. Testing has been performed but has not met expectation as of yet.
