I have a variety of image sensors installed and have them working correctly during alarms, however I cannot find out how to “peek in”. I am on a Surety Protect plan.
While alarm images are available on that plan, Peek ins are not available on the Surety Protect service plan, only the Surety Complete service plan.
If desired, you can switch service plans via the System Manager tab of your Surety account.
Peek ins would then be accessable via the Images card in the Alarm.com account.
Thank you, all squared away on the image sensors now. As a separate side note I installed a adc-724 for 24/7 on board recording am I correct that is is not possible to record audio in this mode?
On-board recording does not contain audio.
