Is anyone else completely satisfied that you can’t speak to anyone? I’m just trying to get something set up, I have a tablet/control that is compatible but no cameras. I dont see how you buy some things but not others and I can’t believe I’m the only one who is struggling to do this without someone talking me through it?

Enter your system’s IMEI to check it’s status and make sure it can be registered, and then select the plan that best suits your needs.
If you do not need camera support, compare the Alarm and Home plans, those do not include video services.
Do you have automation devices like lights, locks, or thermostats connected to your panel? Connected garage door? If you need automation support choose Home. If you only need alarm sensor monitoring, choose Alarm.

After purchase, the website will walk you through the account creation process. Provided you have an unregistered, 4G LTE module, it takes about 5 minutes from service plan purchase to account setup and connection.
If you will be using the system without cameras for now, you can use Surety Alarm. If you will be adding cameras later on, you can then switch to Surety Protect or Surety Complete.
