i changed my cell carrier

but kept my phone #. than i get this message… but when i follow the link i get page not found… whats up

This message is to notify you that xxxxxx (Customer ID:xxxxxx) has an invalid contact information (SMS: xxx-xxx-xxxx [T-Mobile]) in your suretyCAM address book. Please log in at http://suretydiy.com/alarm/login.aspx to update their address.

Delete it and add it back.

The carrier is also selected during the process of setting up users if you add an SMS contact recipient. You’ll need to go in and update the carrier for your number under the users page in Alarm.com.
