I can not see the device list.

The device does not appear in the list alarm.com web pages.

I can see Automation Devices, but I do not see alarm devices.

What should I do?

Looks like this is related to a new account. It looks like sensors had previously populated but may have been deleted. Are you still working on setting up the system? There can be a delay in devices updating at first, typically for sensors opening and closing them will force the details to ADC.

We’ve requested an updated equipment list for you and it looks like a number of sensors have shown up. Go ahead and take a look in Alarm.com and let us know if we can be of further assistance!

I can now see the devices in the list.
