Hi. I just paid for Surety. We have an IQ Panel 2 set up. I don’t have an alarm.com ID, but alarm.com said Surety had to set that up. I haven’t received any set-up instructions.
I set mine up using the my surety account tab and then selecting system manager.
Looks like you’ve already got it but yes, activation is through our website in the System Manager here. A link to the activation page is prompted as the last step after making your service purchase.
