I have a system from AGS Security and I am out of contract and am looking to come over to suretyDIY. My main panel version is 1.10 and my secondary panel version is 1.13 (which was recently added this week) and the third secondary panel version is 1.10 (which was recently added this week), How do I and what should I upgrade the versions to for all panels?

you want all the TS1’s and main panel on same firmware. there are videos (as well as PDF instructions for updating firmware in download link below).
you will need the update cable, and TS1 4pin (included)

The video below goes over the update process for the main panel using the cable. As stated above, you want to update all panels to the firmware version in the download. PDF instructions are available at the link as well.
