If you are using a 2GIG GC2, 2GIG GC3, or 2GIG Edge panel on an active Alarm.com account through Surety, and the original installer of that system locked installer programming, you can unlock the panel installer menus remotely using our system manager tools.
Visit the suretyhome website and enter the system manager here. You will be prompted to access the system manager using your Alarm.com password for verification.
Choose the Unlock Installer Programming option to send commands to your system to unlock the installer menus.
