How do I set up my new panel and transfer my info from my old panel if that panel died out on me?
If you need to swap out the panel you can link the new panel to your existing account at any time by visiting the Surety System Manager here and selecting Swap Cellular Module/Panel. Follow the steps to complete the swap. This will require manual re-programming of the new panel.
If you want to try to apply a backup of the current panel’s sensors and users, instead, please send a private message to our team with the IMEI of the new panel. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Leave the new panel powered off until instructed to power up.
