Greetings, Is there a way to set an Exit Delay for Arm Stay? I can set the “Entry Delay” but do not see a setting for “Exit Delay”. The system arms instantly so cannot exit.

Yes, you can change it to have an exit delay when arming stay. To do so, navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter installer or dealer code > Installation > Security and Arming. Find the option labeled Arm Stay - No Delay and uncheck the box next to it.
