The Not Networked trouble condition means that a PowerG sensor is enrolled, but is not networked into the system and cannot function fully. The device is out of sync with the wireless network or was not synchronized with the network after enrollment.
This issue may resolve on its own at the next supervision check but when it doesn’t, try the following:
Check for resolution after each step:
- Verify the device is physically present.
- Verify the device is within range of the panel.
- Verify the device is compatible with the panel and programmed correctly.
- Press the tamper switch or learn/enroll button on the device.
- For more information about locating the tamper switch or learn/enroll button on the device, refer to the sensor’s manual.
- Check sensor battery to ensure it is charged.
- Delete sensor from programming, wait 2-minutes, then reprogram using Auto-Learn Mode
Qolsys also recommends the following:

- Next, remove the batteries, use a jumper (bit of wire) and short the + to the - for 10 seconds.
- Put the system back to auto learn and insert the batteries to enroll.
