From the manual:
Press and hold the configuration button on the Wi-Fi Hub until the blue LED blinks. While the blue LED is blinking, press and hold the configuration button on the Wi-Fi Hub until the blue LED pauses then blinks.
You will still need to remove this device from your Alarm.com account before being able to re-add it.
