Should you need to remove a camera from your Alarm.com account, this can be done in one of two ways, via the Alarm.com website and via the Alarm.com mobile app.
Remove a camera from the Alarm.com Website
- Login to the Alarm.com Website
- Navigate to Video then click on the Settings tab.
- Select the Camera you wish to remove from Video Device drop down
- Choose Video Device Info
- At the bottom of the Video Device Info page, click on Delete this Video Device
Note If you need to re-add the video device wait 5 minutes before following the pairing process
Remove a Camera from the Alarm.com mobile app
- Login to the Alarm.com Mobile App
- Select Video
- Click on the Settings Gear in the top left corner of the page
- Select the Camera to be deleted
- At the very bottom of the Device Overview page, click Remove This Device and select OK
