I am not sure how to label the flood sensor properly, can you assist?

When choosing a voice descriptor or otherwise naming the sensor, its best to label the sensor based on its function and/or the area it monitors. In this case “Flood Sensor” would be fine, although if using more than one flood sensor, you will want to be more descriptive (Ex. “Basement Flood Sensor”)
You would want to use the following programming for the flood sensor:
Senor Type: 24 Hour Auxillary
Sensor Equipment Type: Water
Equipment Code: Existing Flood/Temp Sensor
Dialer Delay: Disabled (Recommended)
Loop: 2
Equipment age: New
