Preparing to make the switch from Vivint to Surety. I need the 2GIG Switch to Surety Kit but the kit comes with the Basic Surety Home Plan + Professional Monitoring. I desire the kit hardware (LTE communicator and Firmware update cable) and the self-monitored Surety Complete Plan.
How do I go about ordering the kit hardware along with the self-monitored Surety Complete plan?
1 month of Surety Home is included for free with the kit. You can switch plans to Surety Complete at any time after you get started using our System Manager. Since Surety Complete costs a little more it will charge you the prorated difference when you switch plans.
So you just buy the kit as is and then switch to Surety Complete after you get set up.
