Troubleshooting
If you have issues connecting the camera to the account, power cycle the camera and try again.
If issues persist, reset the camera to factory defaults by following these steps:
- Remove power from the device.
- Use the hex key that comes with the ADC-VC726 to remove the water-tight door on the bottom of the camera to reveal the reset button.
- Press and hold the [Reset] button while reconnecting power.
- After reconnecting power, continue to hold the [Reset] button for 10 seconds.
After performing a factory reset, it is strongly recommended to leave the device alone and plugged into power for two minutes.
