I have an alarm.com Verizon communicator. Do I need something different?
As far as cellular communicators go, to use suretyDIY, you need an Alarm.com cellular communicator.
As long as it is not currently registered or locked to a provider, it can be used to set up new service with suretyDIY. You can check the current status of your Alarm.com module with our module check tool here. A description of how our service works can be found here.
