How to Fix Low Battery Alarm

I have a dead battery and the alarm keeps going off, how can I resolve this?

Happy to help! It looks like there are a couple issues here, though based on the supplementary messages related to this it appears that there was a low sensor battery and then the system was unplugged until the backup battery for the panel drained out.

In this case it looks like you were referring to a low battery on an Alarm.com Image Sensor labeled “Intrusion Check.” The following video shows the process for replacing the batteries on an Image Sensor:

In general, to acknowledge a trouble alert and silence beeping at the panel temporarily, you can press Security, press the flashing alert icon, then press “Ok”

Resolving the low battery will get rid of the alert.

Note when you plug the panel back in you will have a low panel battery for a while until it charges back up. This is normal.
