Clarification about deleting videos as it relates to upload limit:
If I exceed the 1000 clips/month limit, does deleting all saved videos allow resumption of upload?

Glad you were able to find this.
For those that may not be aware, video clips are can be deleted through the Saved Video Clips tab nested under Video in Alarm.com.
Selecting the checkbox on the left hand side of the controls allows you to select all. You can select more videos in List View then you can in Grid View

No. deleting video clips does not allow for more space. All non-alarm recording rules are paused and cannot be resumed until the first day of the following month.
Video triggered based on alarm events will still save however.
It is possible to add more clips /mo by obtaining an additional level of Alarm.com video, which would allow for more cameras to be used and more clips per month. (4 cameras, 5,000 clips per month per level of video).
