How to create or access alarm.com account

I signed up for alarm.com monitoring with SuretyDIY, assuming I would get an alarm.com account. The signup process even prompted me to select a username. But then it didn’t prompt me for a password, and I can’t figure out any way to create an alarm.com account or access the account with them name I selected if you created it.

How do I create or access my alarm.com account? And, frankly, what are you charging me for if I can’t access my system from my phone?

Hi @frisco,

Alarm.com accounts are created during business hours (M-F 9am-5:30pm) but we don’t begin your subscription until your account is created. You have paid for the first month but that first month won’t begin until Monday.

You will receive an email with login instructions when your account is created.
